Grease System
EGM (Cartridge)
Motor driven piston pump
- Use recommended greases.
- Never use molybdenum disulfide-contained grease.
- Use lithium greases. (Contact us for consultation when other than lithium grease is used.)
- Do not use any greases containing substances that attack brass and rubber.
- When refilling, take care not let foreign matter in the grease.
- Avoid continuous operation.
- After refilling, always press AIR BLEED push button to purge the pump of air.
- When refilling grease in main pipe and during test operation, stick to an intermittent cycle of running for 30 seconds and resting for 90 seconds. Failure to follow this requirement will result in thermal protector being activated by a heated solenoid, leaving the solenoid de-energized without pressure built up.
S series MU
The MU style valves are junction mounted Positive Displacement Injectors. Designed with lower operating pressure suitable for use only with LHL and the P-107 pump. 3 types are available for 4mm tail tubing connection. MU has a female hole for a compression bushing, MU-N Type have a male stem for a compression nut, and the MU-C type incorporate a push to connect fitting.
S Series MDP
MDP Metering Direct Plunger valves are designed to be installed at the lubrication point. By doing so minimizes the ability for clogging do to separation and allows even further monitoring of the main line pressure.
MG2・MG2C
Highly reliable positive displacement injectors. Positive displacement injector valve with high reliability. Employing straight thread and push-to- connect fitting has made it easier to install the valves to Junction and connecting the tail tubing.
MGI
When grease line is clogged at a lubrication point, a red pin pops up to tell the problem.
MGLA
Metering pump capable of electrical detection of discharge at each time. Particularly suited for critical lubrication points. When used at a terminal lubrication point, the pump enables monitoring of main line pressurization and pressure relief. With the number of operations counted, it is possible to determine the time to replace cartridge and total quantity of grease supplied.
GPL
Highly reliable and long-life pressure switch designed to let grease pass through without stagnation inside.
